Young Physiologists Career Symposium

Dear early-career physiologists,

get the most of Europhysiology 2022 by joining the Young Physiologists Career Symposium. The event is jointly organized by early-career scientists of the four host societies (DPG, SPS, TPS, and FEPS) and offers you a platform to:

–        Learn about career perspectives from invited guests and peer early-career European scientists

–        engage into international networking in a fresh and relaxed environment.

Everyone is welcome, from students (Bachelor, Master and PhD students) up to senior, non-independent scientists (senior Postdocs). For participation in the symposium, registration for the main Europhysiology conference is mandatory – so sign up for the symposium during your registration! No extra fee will be required for participation.

Where and when?

15 September 2022, 8.00 – 11.30, at the conference venue, room will be announced.

What’s on the agenda?

Alternative career paths outside academia: Get insights from invited guests working in a Journal Editorial Board, a research funding agency, as well as various industrial companies – from start-up to global pharmaceutical industry. Besides plenty of room for your questions to the experts, the symposium is aiming towards building your own network among European early-career physiologists.
